When sending me an image to go onto your items please send it in the best quality possible, the better the quality image the better finish your item will have. Images that have been taken on a mobile device has a lower pixel image quality so can appear a little grainy on the final product.

If the image has people in please bare in mind during the heat transfer process the skin tone will become slightly darker but should be barely noticeable.

I will require a minimum of 3 working days to complete your order (Not including postage time).

Images must be either your own, images advertised in my product listings or a Royalty Free image obtained from the internet (I can recommend some if needed). I take no responsibility if the image sent is Copyright protected and permission has not been sought prior to sending to me for items, this is in accordance with the Copyright Designs and Patents Act.

Please check any text for spelling and grammar errors prior to sending them to me as it will be copied and pasted into my graphics program.

Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. However please bare in mind the paintwork can get scratched in the dishwasher.

If you would like to receive a template mock up to see what the design looks like before items are completed, then please inform me when you place the order.

Payment is required in full prior to order commencement.

Small items requiring postage will be sent securely packaged and sent via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for. Bigger orders will be sent via a tracked and signed for Courier Service.

Postage rates are as follows:

0 - 0.03lb = £1.

0.03  - 2.2lb = £3.65

2.2 - 4.4lb = £4.85

4.4 - 22lb = £7.44

22lb - upwards = £7.44

If you have any questions or queries regarding your order or purchase please don't hesitate to contact me.

In the unlikely event there is an issue with your purchase please contact with me within 7 days of you receiving the goods. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act.

Disclaimer:

If the customer sends me photographs that include people this will be stored on my system for only the time to fulfill the order request. Once this process is completed and received by the customer, the files will be deleted from my system.

The only occasion that the above statement will not apply is if the customer gives me permission to display an image of there goods on any of my advertising platforms 

(Website and Social Media).

It's my policy to ask every customer who places an order if they give me permission to display there goods on my advertising platforms (Website and Social Media) no personal details will be displayed i.e. Customer Name etc. The customer has every right to decline this and will not be pushed into this in any way.

If the customer sends any images of minors (0-18yrs) then I will assume you have permission to do so and I relinquish any responsibility of potential issues. This is in accordance with the Child and Young Persons Protection Legislation.
